Cancellations policy
Due to COVID-19, we ask that you please stay at home if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19.
If you are unable to attend your craft experience, you may transfer your place to a friend or family member. Please email us at least 24 hours before the workshop with the name of the person attending in your place. Alternatively, you may receive a full refund (minus the Stripe admin fee), or reschedule the date of your booking (subject to availability) if you let us know more than 14 days before the date of your experience. If you wish to cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days before the date of your experience, a 50% refund will be given. If you cancel your booking with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be granted.
On rare occasions we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, illness, government restrictions etc.) or if there are insufficient participant numbers. In this case we will give as much notice as possible, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop on a different date. Please note we will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
