Workshop options
We can tailor any of our craft workshops to your needs – have a look at the options below and then get in touch to chat about how we can adapt your favourite one to your group!
Art in the Wild
Groups up to 20
Unwind your mind and connect with nature as artist Lucy and ecologist Sophie take you on a wild wander through the stunning nature reserve, as you explore nature with your senses and gather natural materials and inspiration to make your own art materials from the wild. Then unleash your creativity as you make your own eco-friendly journal, leaf-printed bag, charcoal from willow, and pigments, inks, brushes and more from the wild. Finish with some mindful downtime in nature, where you’ll use your new materials to capture a lasting memory of your experience.

Felting with the Flock
Groups up to 14
Relax and have fun as you learn the art of 3D needle felting. Farmers and craftswomen Sophie and Lucy will introduce you to their friendly flock of gorgeous sheep, where you can feed, pet and even take selfies with them! You’ll learn about the wonders of wool, and see how it is processed from lamb-to-loom for felting. Then snug in the cosy craft studio, with sheep right outside the window, and views of the nature reserve, Sophie and Lucy will help you create your own mini-sheep to take home!

Jewellery Inspired by Nature
Groups up to 8
Unplug and recharge as ecologist and silversmith Sophie guides you to make your own bespoke fine silver pendant inspired by nature. You will begin on an immersive nature walk following deer trails through the magical woodland and stunning bogland, gathering natural materials and inspiration as you learn about the folklore of plants and explore nature with your senses. Then return to the cosy craft studio, nestled into the nature reserve, where Sophie will show you how to cast your piece of nature using eco-friendly silver clay, to create a timeless keepsake you will treasure forever.

Meet & Greet with the Flock
Groups up to 30
Farmers and craftswomen Sophie and Lucy will introduce you to their friendly flock of gorgeous sheep, where you can feed, pet and even take selfies with them! You’ll learn about the wonders of wool, and see how we process it from ‘lamb to loom’ for our felting projects. You can also practice your shepherding skills and help us move the flock back from the paddock to their field!

Meeting room option:
Need a space to facilitate a team meeting or training session before or after your craft experience? No problem! With stunning views of our farm, birdsong in the air and a covered deck right out onto our nature reserve, our cosy studio & natural outdoor spaces are the perfect places to facilitate your additional work-related tasks. We can also assist you with transport and meal requirements, so that you can have a productive and enjoyable day without any additional hassle.
What’s included?
Our welcoming and comfortable atmosphere provides the perfect setting for your team to relax and connect with a fun, creative team activity. All of our workshops include expert facilitation, as well as all of the materials needed to help each participant create their one-of-a-kind handcrafted keepsake to take home, as well as light refreshments (coffee/tea, biscuits & yummy cake!)
Anything else I should know?
As the workshops are held on a working farm and include an outdoor element, participants will need to bring suitable clothing (e.g. wellies/boots, rain jacket, warm layers on colder days).
The workshops do consist of some outdoor elements in natural areas on uneven ground. The nature trail includes some slopes, and travels over small logs etc. and the nature trail and farm paths are not currently wheelchair accessible. However, workshops may be adapted to suit participants with additional physical needs and we ask you to please get in touch prior to booking to discuss your needs.
