Private Meet & Greet with the Flock

Get up close and personal with our friendly flock of sheep! Experience the wonders of wool, and see how we process it from ‘lamb to loom’, as you cuddle and feed our adorable sheep. Then try your hand at hand carding wool and use it to needle felt a small keepsake ornament to take home!

This tour runs for 1 – 1.5hrs and includes coffee/tea and cake.

Private Ecology Walk

Embark on a nature walk like no other! Join our expert ecologist, Sophie, on a guided journey through our breathtaking 11-acre nature reserve. Discover the magic of woodland and bogland while learning about our nature-focused farming practices. Engage your senses, gather natural materials, and unlock the folklore of plants and wildlife. As a special treat, artist Lucy will guide you in creating your own eco-printed bag to take home, using the ancient Japanese art of Hapazome. Don’t miss the chance to spot rabbits, birds of prey, and even deer during this wild wander.

This tour runs for 1 – 1.5hrs and includes coffee/tea and cake.

Our combined tour runs for 2.5 – 3hrs and includes a delightful coffee/tea and cake break.

Anything else I should know?

As the tours are held on a working farm and include an outdoor element, participants will need to bring suitable clothing (e.g. wellies/boots, rain jacket, warm layers on colder days).

The tours do consist of some outdoor elements in natural areas on uneven ground. The nature trail includes some slopes, and travels over small logs etc. and the nature trail and farm paths are not currently wheelchair accessible. However, tours may be adapted to suit participants with additional physical needs and we ask you to please get in touch prior to booking to discuss your needs.

All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All of our farm tours and ecology walks are bespoke to your needs, and we can work with you on an option tailored for your group size and needs. Prices start at just €150 for groups of <5 people, and all tours include tea/coffee and cake.
