Cancellations policy
Due to COVID-19, we ask that you please stay at home if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19.
Price is based on the maximum group size quoted and is fixed, regardless of the actual number of attendees. This means that if fewer people attend than anticipated, the price will not change. A 50% deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable) and the balance payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date. Should you decide the pay the full amount up front, please note the balance payment is non-refundable within 4 weeks of the workshop date.
On rare occasions we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, illness, government restrictions etc.) or if there are insufficient participant numbers. In this case we will give as much notice as possible, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop on a different date. Please note we will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
